Barry is a Shareholder in the Firm.  He is also a member of the Firm's Executive Committee and has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer^®.  The focus of Barry’s practice is commercial litigation, specializing in contract, corporate, employment and real estate disputes.  A graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A., with distinction, in 1973, Barry is also a graduate of Wayne State University’s Law School in 1976 and a National Moot Court Team member.  In addition to his bar activities, Barry is also a mediator for the Oakland County Circuit Court.  Barry is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts, as well as the United States Tax Court; United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; and United States Supreme Court.
