Alan is a Shareholder in the Firm.  He counsels privately-held business clients, boards of directors and venture capital and financial service firms in corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial transactions, private placements of securities and debt, and corporate governance matters.  He also has represented a broad range of clients, including developers, institutional lenders, property owners, property managers, borrowers and investors in connection with the acquisition, construction, financing, syndication, management, operation and disposition of all types of real estate developments and activities.

Alan’s additional areas of concentration include the structuring, documentation and formation of real estate related entities (i.e., joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies), as well as real estate investments and investment vehicles (including real estate securities) and representing and counseling real estate and manufacturing clients in the leasing of commercial and industrial real estate property.
