Tova is a Shareholder in the Firm, and practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on loan workouts, employment law, conflict resolution and probate law. A graduate of the City University of New York, Queens College, cum laude, in 1979, she also holds a J.D. from Wayne State University, cum laude, 1985.

Tova is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. She was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Book Award for Trusts and Estates in 1983-1984 and Criminal Procedure I in 1984. She was also selected for the Cardozo Law Review in 1983.
