Bradley F. Scobel is a Shareholder with the Firm. He graduated from Wayne State University Law School, cum laude, in 1995, and was elected to Order of the Coif for excellence in academic achievement. Mr. Scobel's practice focuses on complex real estate, financing and business transactions and he represents a wide variety of public and private commercial and residential builders and developers, institutional lenders, venture capital firms, REITs, hotels, management companies, contractors, and landlords. Mr. Scobel has extensive experience in structuring loan workout, forbearance and re-organization transactions as well as representing lenders’ interests throughout the entire loan process. Mr. Scobel is well versed in construction and lien laws as well as being regarded as one of the areas preeminent liquor licensing attorneys.

Prior to joining Seyburn, Kahn, Ginn, Bess and Serlin, P.C., Mr. Scobel was a partner at a prestigious Detroit law firm. During such time, Mr. Scobel represented a number of public corporations and handled the acquisition, disposition and financing matters for Chateau Communities, Inc., on a national level. Mr. Scobel maintains an active practice in representing the interests of manufactured housing community owners and developers.

Outside of the office, Mr. Scobel served behind the scenes as a real estate expert for the nationally syndicated radio program the "Real Estate Insiders" and has conducted seminars on the Michigan Construction Lien Act and the Michigan Builders Trust Fund Act.
