Barry is a Shareholder in the Firm. The focus of Barry's practice is commercial litigation, specializing in contract, corporate, employment and real estate disputes. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A., with distinction, in 1973, Barry is also a graduate of Wayne State University's Law School in 1976 and a National Moot Court Team member. In addition to his bar activities, Barry is also a mediator for the Oakland County Circuit Court. Barry is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts, as well as the United States Tax Court; United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; and United States Supreme Court.

He has represented a number of high profile clients, including Little Caesar Enterprises, D.O.C Optics, Olympia Development, UCB Pharma, Forest Laboratories, Evanston Insurance Co., Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Inc. and Franklin Bank and has a number of reported cases, including the following: Michigan Basic Property Insurance Association vs Michigan Mutual Insurance Co, 122 Mich App 420 (1983); Trepel v Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital, 135 Mich App 361 (1984); O.D.
