Kim is an Associate in the Firm. Kim's practice focuses on corporate, business, banking and real estate law. She is a graduate of University of Michigan - Dearborn in 1994 with a B.A. in political science and earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 1998.

Kim represents clients in various aspects of corporate, business and banking law, including forming, acquiring, selling, financing and merging various types of entities, as well as reviewing and preparing loan documentation. Kim is a member of the Business Law Section and the Real Property Law Section of the Michigan Bar Association.
