Harold R. Oseff

Harold is a Shareholder in the Firm, and the focus of his practice is taxation, employee benefits, corporate, probate and estate planning law. A graduate of the University of Michigan with an A.B., he also received his J.D. from the University of Michigan, cum laude, in 1972, and was an associate editor of the Michigan Law Review.

Harold is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and is a member of the Tax Section, the Probate and Estate Planning Law Section, the Corporation, Finance, and Business Law Section and the Labor Law Section. He is a member of the Employee Benefits Committee (Taxation Section), and is a former council member of the Probate and Estate Planning Law Section. He is a frequent lecturer for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education ("ICLE") and the National Business Institute ("NBI") on a wide range of topics, ranging from sophisticated estate planning techniques and employee benefits to basic probate practice in Michigan.
