Henry M. Nirenberg

Henry is a Shareholder in the Firm, and the focus of his practice is commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, employment litigation, and family law. He has been admitted to practice in the State of Michigan since 1984. Henry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, cum laude, in 1984, and a Masters of Law degree from Wayne State University in 1990. Henry has been admitted to practice in the state courts of Michigan, federal courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. He has also acted in the capacity of Mediator, Facilitator, Receiver and Special Master. Henry is also a member of the State of Michigan, Oakland County Bar and American Inns of Court.

In recent years, Henry has been involved in educating clients and their management staff in compliance and regulatory matters pertaining to all aspects of labor and management issues.
