David is a senior attorney and Of Counsel to the Firm. He has primarily practiced federal tax law for more then 40 years, specializing in resolving tax controversies and tax planning. David received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Wayne State University. He worked for the Internal Revenue Service both as an internal revenue agent and for 10 years as an appeals officer. He was the tax partner in the JK. Lasser accounting firm. For the last 30 years he has engaged in the practice of law before the Internal Revenue Service.
