Joe Lash is a Shareholder in the Firm. He concentrates his practice on business law and commercial real estate. He represents a wide variety of clients, such as entrepreneurs, real estate developers, manufacturers, physicians, dentists, banks, landlords and tenants, in all aspects of their business. This includes assisting clients with the formation of business entities, the negotiation of leases (retail, industrial, etc.), the syndication of real estate investments, the purchase and sale of businesses, land and building and the negotiation of loan documents.
Joe is known as a "deal maker," who uses his experience and expertise to ensure that his clients’ goals are achieved in an efficient manner.
