Jennifer Schoats Flack

Jennifer is a Shareholder in the Firm, and her practice focuses on corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer received her B.A. from Langston University, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1978, and her J.D., cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in 1992. Jennifer received the Silver Gavel Award from Hamlin, an honor awarded to law school graduates in the top 5% of the class. Jennifer was also on Law Review at Hamline University School of Law from 1990 to 1992. Jennifer is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the State Bar of North Carolina, and the State Bar of Minnesota.

She was a contributing author to North Carolina Limited Liability Company Forms and Practice Manual, Data Trace Legal Publishers, Inc. in 1995. She was the co-author of "Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Employment Trends", Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly in 1993 and "Americans with Disability Act, Employment Trends", Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly in 1991. Since 1998, Jennifer has been a Member of the Board of Trustees of the American Council of Young Political Leaders, a non-profit organization funded, in part by the United States State Department, which is dedicated to fostering relationships among political leaders around the world.
