Marguerite is a Shareholder in the Firm. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies on capital raising matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate matters.

Marguerite received her B.A., with highest distinction, from Wayne State University in 1984, and her law degree from Wayne State University’s Law School, magna cum laude, in 1987. She is a past president and director of the Women of Wayne Alumni Association, and received the association’s Service Award in 2007.

A member of the State Bar of Michigan, Marguerite is a former Council Member (2008-2009) of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and currently serves as its Treasurer. She is a member of the Michigan State Bar’s Ad Hoc Committee on Legal Opinions, which is in the process of studying and reporting on state law matters affecting closing opinions for Michigan business lawyers. She also serves as a board member for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Business Law Advisory Board.
