Mark is a Shareholder in the Firm, and a member of the Real Estate and Corporate Departments. Mark graduated from Michigan State University, cum laude, in 1979, and obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University in 1982.

Mark represents clients in various aspects of real estate law, including the acquisition, sale, development, financing and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Mark also represents clients in the acquisition, formation, operation, sale and merger of their businesses.

Mark approaches each legal matter with creativity, flexibility and a practical business perspective that does not lose sight of the client's business and economic objectives. Mark, like the other members of SKG, believes that an attorney's greatest asset is his relationship with the clients he represents.

Mark enjoys mountain biking, karate (in which he holds a 5th degree black belt), skiing, various outdoor pursuits and Astanga Yoga.
